The Role

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations within the tennis sports technology environment. This position ensures smooth coordination of projects, tournaments, training events, and resources, working closely with internal teams, players, coaches, clients, and external partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sector that combines professional tennis and cutting-edge technology.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across teams, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met.
  • Support scheduling and deployment of staff, contractors, and technical resources.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor project progress, escalating issues where necessary to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new team members, contractors, or operators.
  • Provide operational support during sporting events, product rollouts, or client implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing efficiency.

What we are looking for

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Availability to occasionally travel abroad during the busy season
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience liaising with vendors, contractors, or external partners.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in project management within the sport/tech environment sector
  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools (e.g. Jira) is advantageous.

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Pozzuoli (NA), working from home 1 day per week

Annual Salary (RAL): based on experience
