Who We Are

Since 2007, Crionet has redefined the sports experience through cutting-edge technology that powers major events worldwide. We collaborate with sports federations and broadcasters, delivering tech solutions from pitch to control room.

The Role

We are seeking motivated, curious freelancers who are ready to travel and join our operations team. The role entails participating in onsite missions (10–12 days) in Italy and abroad during sporting events, where you will be involved in setting up, supporting, and dismantling Crionet’s technical systems.

As a direct representative of our brand in the field, you will communicate with local staff to ensure technical specifications are fulfilled, uphold high professional standards, and contribute to the success of the event.

Depending on the event, you may work independently or as part of a multicultural team, addressing operational challenges with a hands-on mindset and the continuous support of Crionet specialists.

This position requires availability for worldwide travel, sometimes on short notice, and the capability to work in various environments.

No advanced experience is required—you will receive comprehensive training on our systems. What matters most is your attitude: precision, reliability, teamwork, and a desire to grow in a highly technical and international setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow a training path to gain autonomy and technical skills in the field
  • Set up and dismantle technical workstations during tournaments and sporting events
  • Connect and manage the necessary equipment
  • Liaise with local staff to ensure everything is carried out according to technical requirements
  • Provide operational support during events, troubleshooting with the help of Crionet specialists

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Flexibility and adaptability, even on short notice
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • An interest in the world of sports, especially tennis, to better understand the operational context
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • A valid passport and a passion for travelling worldwide.

Nice to Have

  • Technical IT background
  • Experience with live sports and events, or productions.
  • Run AV Connections, such as fibre SDI, XLR, and monitors, as well as audio.

What We Offer

  • Full technical training on Crionet systems and protocols
  • The chance to work at major international sporting events
  • A young, dynamic, inclusive, and innovative work environment
  • Professional growth and ongoing development opportunities in the sport-tech sector
