Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and address their needs proactively.
- Maintain and update client information using Dynamics 365, purchase order processes and invoicing.
- Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years in account management, customer success, or a related role.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client queries and provide timely solutions.
Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
