Key Responsibilities: 

  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery. 
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and address their needs proactively. 
  • Maintain and update client information using Dynamics 365, purchase order processes and invoicing.  
  • Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies. 

  

What We’re Looking For: 

  

Experience: At least 2 years in account management, customer success, or a related role. 

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client queries and provide timely solutions. 

Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
