Siamo alla ricerca di un Rigger disponibile a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e vivace che si aggiunga al nostro team tecnico per l’installazione e configurazione di strutture e attrezzature audiovisive volte a garantire lo svolgimento di eventi sportivi di caratura mondiale. L’individuo sarà responsabile della supervisione tecnologica e dell’efficienza delle operazioni di rigging.

Responsabilità principali:
- Montaggio e smontaggio di strutture audiovisuali in modo sicuro ed efficiente intorno a campi di tennis e altri impianti sportivi.
- Ispezione e manutenzione delle attrezzature di rigging.
- Posa e corretto instradamento dei cavi di fibra, CAT6/CAT5 intorno al campo, assicurandosi che siano fissati in modo sicuro, ordinato e senza creare intralci o rischi per la sicurezza.
- Collaborazione con il team per garantire l’efficienza delle operazioni.
- Risoluzione dei problemi tecnici durante le operazioni di rigging e supporto tecnico
- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza comprovata come Rigger o ruolo simile.
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di rigging
- Buona predisposizione al lavoro manuale e alla movimentazione di attrezzature pesanti;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di risolvere problemi tecnici.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Comodità nel lavorare in altezza, su scale e strutture sopraelevate
- Certificazioni pertinenti (es. IRATA, SPRAT) sono un plus.
- Disponibilità trasferte per eventi a livello nazionale e internazionale.

We are seeking a Rigger who is ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, joining our technical team to handle the installation and setup of audiovisual structures and equipment essential to the successful delivery of world-class sports events. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects and ensuring the efficiency of all rigging operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient mounting and dismounting of audiovisual structures around tennis courts and other sports facilities.
- Inspection and maintenance of rigging equipment.
- Deployment and proper routing of fibre and CAT6/CAT5 cables around the court, ensuring they are safely installed, neatly arranged, and do not pose any obstructions or safety hazards.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting technical issues during rigging operations and providing technical support.
- Always ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Rigger or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of rigging techniques.
- Strong aptitude for manual tasks and handling heavy equipment.
- Good command of English is required
- Ability to work well in a team and resolve technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and elevated structures.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for national and international events.
